This concentrate is made to be diluted with water in a separate spray bottle. Hydro Blue is water activated, all you need to do is rinse it off after you spray it onto your vehicle's exterior panels. Do this while the car is still wet. One panel at at time, and rinse off with a strong jet of water. Water will bead and sheet from paint, wheels, and glass. Directions:
Hydro Blue is designed to be applied to your vehicle AFTER you wash it, while it's still wet. Working one panel at a time, mist 3-4 sprays of Hydro Blue directly onto the panel using a sweeping motion.
IMMEDIATELY rinse the surface with a strong blast of water. Repeat process panel by panel.
Dry using a car dryer or microfiber towel.
