Return To Top What is the return policy?

Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below. To return an item, call us toll free at 1-888-840-8011 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit. Note that all buffers, polishers, and vacuums are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping expenses cannot be refunded.  If you received free shipping on your order, the cost we incurred to ship the order to you will also be deducted from your refund.

Return To Top Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Vapamore accepts product returns within 30 days of the product purchase date. Vapamore accepts returns only on items unopened in unused, like new condition with original inner and outer packaging. Items returned that have been used, or used in non authorized use or abused will be rejected and not returnable.

CR Spotless are not returnable. 

Return To Top Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Please call us at 1-888-840-8011 and let us know that you will be returning an item and what item you would like instead. We will assign a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the outside of the package. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, to the original form of payment.
